Release. Breathe. Connect.
This space is for those who are not looking to collect more concepts – but long to feel change in their own body.
As a Breathwork Facilitator and Psychological Coach, I guide you in groups, retreats, and one-to-one sessions. My approach invites you to give your nervous system the experience of safety and inner calm – so that knowledge doesn’t stay in your head, but becomes a lived reality.
Breathwork
A journey inward – through the power of your breath
Breathwork is more than a breathing exercise. It is an experiential journey into your inner world, where you release old burdens and discover a state of clarity, calm, and renewed vitality. Many people describe their first breathwork experience as the moment they truly felt themselves again for the first time in years.
What happens in the body? – Gas and brake of the nervous system
Our nervous system regulates whether we are in stress mode or rest mode. There are two main systems:
-
Sympathetic (“Gas”): This is your body’s alarm system. Heart rate and breathing accelerate, muscles tense, thoughts race. Chronic stress or mental load often keep us unconsciously stuck in this mode.
-
Parasympathetic (“Brake”): This system brings you into rest and regeneration. Heart rate slows, breathing deepens, digestion and healing are activated, your mind becomes clearer and calmer.
When we are constantly under pressure, the “gas” often remains switched on — and we distract ourselves to avoid feeling the tension. Breathwork works exactly here: through conscious, connected breathing, you activate the parasympathetic system. Your body learns to release stress and return to its natural balance.

What does a session look like?
A session lasts about 3 hours and unfolds in three phases:
Arrival & Introduction:
We begin with a short meditation or body scan. This helps you arrive, let go of everyday life, and prepare for your inner journey. You may choose to work with a personal theme or simply remain open to what arises.
The Breathwork Journey:
For about 60–75 minutes, you practice conscious, connected breathing, accompanied by shamanic drums and music. Your breath becomes the guide, allowing layers of tension and emotion to release.
Integration & Reflection:
To close, sound bowls accompany the integration phase. You may choose to share your experience, or remain in silence and simply feel. Both are equally welcome.
